Care Options & Fees
Extended Love provides personalized, non-medical companion and end-of-life support tailored to the needs of each client and family.
Complimentary 30-Minute Initial Consultation
This allows us to connect, discuss your needs, and determine how I can best support you.
Companion Care (Dementia-Focused Support)
Hourly Support — $45 per hour
Two-hour minimum per visit.
This service provides consistent, one-on-one support for individuals living with memory changes, with a focus on connection, dignity, and meaningful presence.
End-of-Life Doula Support
Hourly Support — $45 per hour
End-of-life support is guided by presence, comfort, and individualized care for both the person and their loved ones.

Payment is due at the start of services. Prepaid hours are non-refundable once services have begun.
